The next phase has two drill arms, then the cockpit, and lastly the cloned flying robots. I recommend using the red scatter shot character as much as possible here, using the charged attack as much as possible. Repeatski is also extremely useful during the hands and drill sections as his charged laser beam is extremely powerful. Additionally, I recommend using Shieldy Blockerson to create a safe zone in the middle area of the final phase where you can put multiple guys that are safely shooting up without having to worry about dodging bullets.
